At Titanium Limousines, safeguarding the wellbeing of our limousine service chauffeurs and passengers is a top priority. As we slowly transition to the new normal, it is important that we take precautionary measures. And adhere to the protocols set by the Singapore Ministry of Health to help ensure the health and safety of everybody.

We set a few extra steps and guidelines, so we safely continue providing premier limousine service in Singapore.

Limousine Service

Regular Assessment

Our limousine service chauffeurs are advised to get their temperature checked twice daily. They are also cautioned to watch for symptoms such as fever, cough, muscle aches, tiredness, trouble breathing, sore throat, headache, runny nose, or new loss of taste or smell. In cases that the drivers have any of these symptoms, they will be advised to take a break from work, seek medical attention, and shall only return to work upon doctor’s advice and/or after completion of doctor-recommended medical leave.

Respiratory Etiquette & Hand Hygiene

Our chauffeurs are advised to regularly clean their hands with alcohol-based hand rub or to wash their hands with soap and water for a minimum of 15 seconds each time. If hands are visibly dirty, washing hands with soap and water are preferred. Chauffeurs will also make sure to use alcohol-based hand rub before and after handling passenger’s belongings (e.g. luggage, bags) or providing assistance to guests.

We will be providing alcohol-based hand rub, disinfectant wipes, tissues, and hands-free disposal bins for drivers and passengers to use. In addition to all these, we will also be putting up signages for cough and sneeze etiquette and hand sanitizing.

Routine Cleaning

Our limousine service fleet is regularly cleaned and disinfected. Frequently touched surfaces in the vehicle such as car door handles, armrests, buttons for windows and locks, and seatbelts are to be cleaned at least twice a day, in addition to routine cleaning. Moreover, visibly dirty surfaces should be cleaned right away. Drivers should also disinfect the vehicle after transporting medical patients (e.g. to and from hospital and other health care settings) and after transporting passengers who display respiratory symptoms (e.g. coughing, sneezing).

Safe Distancing and Mandatory Wearing of Masks

Passengers will be encouraged to sit in the back seat to maintain physical distance.  Drivers will be advised to wear masks. They will also be given an orientation with regards to the proper use of masks, and how to safely put it on and take it off. Wearing of masks is also mandatory for all passengers. Drivers will also open the car windows when transporting guests.

SafeEntry Check-in System

Passengers will be advised to adhere to the government’s protocol regarding the use of SafeEntry Check-in System.  All passengers must scan the SafeEntry QR code upon boarding the vehicle, access the SafeEntry website, check-in, and fill-up the form with their details.

Let’s all help keep the Limousine Service industry safe.
